Refund policy

At SootheLoop, we want you to love your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at shopsootheloop@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions if eligible.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
We currently do not process direct exchanges. To replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
